Indoor Recreational Volleyball

This is a recreational (6 vs 6) coed volleyball league played indoors. Teams will play with a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 4 of each sex on the court. Overall, teams should expect to have 9-10 players on it. If you would like to add additional players, you may, but we will not add any players beyond the 10. While this is a rec league, there will also be an intermediate division.

Please note that we will be playing on full-size courts.

We can only accept 20 teams for our Thursday league, and we expect to fill-up quickly. Register today to make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!

Where: Former College of St Rose Athletic Facility (Nolan Gymnasium) - 420 Western Ave, Albany

When: Thursday Evenings for *10 weeks including playoffs

Fall Session Starts: 9/10 (Tentative)

Last Day To Register: 8/23

Cost: $89 pp

Game Times:  6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm

Our goal is to give every team a similar number of games in each time slots so no one team is playing all the early or late games.
